What Unifies this Image?

Hello students,
Unity is what holds an artwork together. Below is another painting by Vincent Van Gogh entitled "Sunflowers". Explain what elements of art provide UNITY to this painting. Please write at least 4 lines with evidence. This is due Friday, Jan. 24.

1 thing that holds the picture together is the colors, van Gogh used a lot of yellow. Another one is lines, he used a lot of cuvers and circlues. The texcure of this painting is smooth.

I think the similar colors unifies this picture. Also the way the flowers texture looks rough unifies this image.

I think that the unity in this picture is the lines because there are a lot of wavy lines and not that many straight lines. Most of the lines are curving lines and on the outline it also curves too.

I think that the unity in this image is the background and color of the flowers. Also how barely any of the lines are straight.

The way that i think unity is shown in this picture is how all of the sunflowers are dead and the painting isn't very happy unlike other pictures of nature that are happy and full of life

I think what unifies this painting is Van Gogh's use of colors. He used a lot of yellow, in lighter and darker shades, and that's what a majority of this painting is. There's no real form in this picture, it doesn't look as though you could reach into the painting and touch the sunflowers, it looks as though the painting and the image itself is very flat.

What unifies this picture is how there is alot of different colors of yellow. Also the was it doesnt really look 3-D, yet the texture of the flowers are rough. Also the lines. There are alot of curved lines in this painting.
