My favorite project in art this year was the K-Cup’s project. It was my favorite because it was a hands-on project, which I prefer over others. Also, I liked how our class got to be creative and choose what the whole project was going to be about. Within the K-Cup butterfly the artist has used pattern within the wings as notice because of the actual pattern. The artist has also used emphasis because where you look first is the middle of the butterfly. The artist has also used shape because of the natural square-like shape of the K-Cup’s and the shape’s that the K-Cup’s have made when put together to create the butterfly. Lastly, the artist has used texture because just looking at the sculpture it is recognized that the texture is pretty rough looking. Also, because the sculpture is made out of K-Cup’s it should be assumed that it is going to obviously going to have some rough parts in the art piece.

I am torn between the recycled art and the mural. I love the strong contrasts in all of the mural. I also like the fact that everyone had a part in it. Some more than others but that's besides the point. I was also proud of the fact that there was space between things on the wall. I also loved the recycled art because of the way that we used several shapes in it. I am looking forward to the day that it is finished and will be balanced perfectly in the library for everyone to see.

My favorite project was the mural, because I got to leave my mark on the walls of my school. The artist used contrast by having her dress be of a darker value compared to the white of the building. The artist used color on the dress and the girl herself and the artist used pattern on her dress design.

The mural was my favorite project because it got to show the artwork to the school. The given picture for mural uses repitition on the wings, rhythm on the entire butterfly, color on everything, and value on the entire butterfly.

My favorite project was the mural because we got to express who we are what we like in a painting for the whole school to see and also when we worked as a team it made it a whole lot more fun. In the painting of the little girl the artist show balance and emphasis. The artist shows balance by putting the plant next to the little girl to balance the whole painting out and the most important part of the painting which is emphasis is the little girl. The artist also uses color and value by having the little girl the most colorful and brightest part of the painting which I think the artist did on purpose to show that that is the emphasis of the whole painting.
